London's historic day of multicultural protest against the far right

Organisers of Saturday's Together Alliance demonstration in London estimate that around 500,000 people travelled to the capital to march against the far right. They came from all walks of life and travelled across the country to join in the biggest multicultural march in UK history. The route started in Park Lane and proceeded through Piccadilly Circus towards Trafalgar Square and Whitehall. Unwritten Lives was there. Here is a selection of our photos from the day.
